i went from my house to sugarhouse and did the big loop twice after that i was worn out me elliot and chase have to try this week becuase region is in 2 weeks :) so we have to get in shape

we did the fun run with the school to get the pedomimeter and then i had to leave to go to scouts so could not do the workout.

i ran to laird park, and then ran up to bonneville park and back all while i tryed to do it all in the time Iris by the Goo Goo Dolls but i was about 10 seconds over :( but i will try it next week
